Jeremy Roth recently purchased Schimmels Bakery & Café in November 2015, adding the popular Commodity Juicery where customers can order healthy foods such as freshly made salads, smoothies and cold-pressed juices for cleanses or just a tasty snack.

Jeremy reached out to Spark for a re-brand of Schimmels. Together we worked on colors, fonts and came up with a logo to represent the café. The logo was used for vehicle decals, stickers for product packaging, aprons, and signage.
